In 1981, First Audio was established in Hongkong

Created Chinese-foreign joint venture the "Jiangmen Ingenious Communications Manufacturing Co.,Ltd" in Enping. Besides "FIDEK" brand, also registered "GADA" brand.

Began to invest & built factory in Hong Kong and Guangzhou

“FIDEK”audio became one of the best brand in producing professional audio equipments, public address systems, HI-FI Home audio, and also became one of the China’ famous international brands in the market.

Opened a branch office in Los Angeles, USA for business of "Fidek" brand audio products.

Established in Huadu distrit, Guangzhou, First Audio Manufacturing(Guangzhou) Limited became one of the domestic largest audio production enterprises in the year.

The China Foreign Investment Association awarded the "Double Excellence Enterprise", the Guangdong Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the People's Povernment awarded the "Guangdong Province Star Oversea Chinese Enterprise", the Guangzhou Huadu District Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) awarded the "Good Faith Enterprise, Civilized Enterprise" etc.

Identified as the "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center of Guangdong Province" by the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, as the "Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" by the Guangzhou Huadu District Technology Bureau and other honorary titles.

First Audio was granted as the "National Post-doctoral Scientific Research Workstation" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, and established the Guangzhou postdoctoral innovation practice base.

The China Performing Arts Equipment Technology Association awarded the "Intellectual Property Excellence Award, Product Technology Progress Award, and Public Culture Construction Contribution Award".

In 2020, First Audio won the high-tech enterprise certificate

In the beginning of 2022, First Audio has joined Risuntek group, as a milestone and a new starting point in FIDEK' history.
